Yesterday I visited a friend in the middle of Indiana. My plan was to record E.E. Cummings's [i carry your heart with me (i carry it in] on his beautiful property and upload it same day. Unfortunately, for me, the heat got to me and I had to skip the posting. However, instead of just going ahead to Day 6, I wanted to double up today and include Day 5 as well.

*Edit - Day 17. I was really unhappy with the previous recording of this E.E. Cummings piece, so today, Day 17, I rerecorded it and posted it.

Today I wanted to dedicate a piece to my family at Academy of Art University. Last month I finished my grad degree. Next month marks three years since I left for San Francisco. It's also at that time that I met some of the most important people in my life at my acting school. This piece describe perfectly how I feel about them. It's so timely as three Winters, three Summers, three Springs have past; three April perfumes in hot Junes burned.

Today I decided to post my first video on TikTok. I don't know why I fell down that social media rabbit hole, but it's another creative outlet to do off-the-wall, foolish things under my alter ego, Prince Ariel. I'l be posting something more traditional tomorrow.

Today I'm not posting a new video on YouTube. Instead, I'm performing as my burlesque persona Prince Ariel in a Chicago-produced burlesque show online via Twitch.
